What can you work with at First Camp?
Support Office
Our primary responsibility at the Support Offices is to support our stars at the destinations, always with the guest experience at the center. At First Camp, we offer a workplace characterized by strong growth and rapid development. Our Support Offices are centrally located in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and house our CEO, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Guest Service, Property Management, and HR/Payroll. We also have team members in both Norway and Denmark.
We strive to become the world’s leading camping chain by prioritizing innovation, sustainability, and data-driven insights about our guests. Together, we share a common passion for creating added value—for each other and for our guests.
Guest Service
As a team member in Guest Service, you play a very important role. You are the one who saves the day when the reception at a destination needs extra support. You’re always one step ahead and guide guests toward a better option than they initially had in mind. Cases can involve anything from small details that make a guest’s current stay a little more enjoyable to helping them book their next visit with us. Here, we’re looking for someone who is solution-oriented and has great sensitivity and intuition.
Destination Manager
As a Destination Manager, you oversee all aspects of your destination — people, operations, and development. You have personnel responsibility for the on-site team and create engagement, direction, and job satisfaction in everyday work. The role combines clear leadership with hands-on tasks, where you both develop the business and support the team in delivering a safe, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.
First Camp strives to become the world’s leading camping chain with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making. Therefore, we are looking for leaders who are passionate about creating added value — for guests, colleagues, and the business as a whole.
Reception
As a member of the reception team, you play a central role in shaping the guest’s first impression — and you set the tone for their entire stay. You welcome, guide, and assist our guests, both with practical questions and with tips about activities at the destination and in the surrounding area. At some destinations, shop duties are also included.
This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoys meeting people. With your sense of service and warm approach, you create safety, joy, and many small moments of happiness for our guests.
Property & Maintenance
Working within property and maintenance means you are a key player in creating a safe, well-kept, and pleasant environment for our guests. It is often thanks to you that everything functions as it should — from well-maintained areas and buildings to ensuring that the technology and equipment at the destination run smoothly. You work closely with both guests and colleagues and quickly identify what needs to be done. Within the team, you’ll find roles such as Property Caretaker and Maintenance Technician, and together you help keep the area in good condition, solve practical problems, and create an environment where guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
With us, you are solution-oriented, helpful, and appreciate variety in your work. No two days are the same — and your work has an impact on every part of the guest experience.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
As a Housekeeper, you play an important role in the guest’s overall experience. You create that wonderful feeling that everything is clean, fresh, and welcoming — whether it’s a sparkling service building, a newly cleaned cabin, or shared areas that feel well cared for.
In your work, the details make a big difference. With thoroughness, pride, and an eye for quality, you help ensure that guests enjoy a safe and pleasant stay from the very first moment. Your work quite simply lays the foundation for the great experience we at First Camp want to deliver — every day.
Bistro
Working in the bistro means creating good moments for our guests — quite literally. Here, you serve everything from something quick and easy to a moment of relaxation with good food and friendly service. You meet many guests each day, maintain a good pace, and ensure that both the kitchen and the dining area run smoothly.
You contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, help guests find their favorites, and create that little extra feeling that makes their holiday even better. In other words — you are an important part of the experience that makes our guests want to return.
