Become a part of our team and create moments of happiness!
Careers at First Camp
Our workplaces suit both those who want to build a career in the industry and those who want the world’s most fun summer job. At our destinations, you’ll find jobs in everything from reception and maintenance to the bistro — or why not become one of our new activity leaders? There’s something for everyone!
Behind the scenes, we have our support offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg, as well as teams in Denmark and Norway. Together, we support our destinations so that the on-site staff can focus on the most important thing of all, taking care of our guests.
Our values
Commitment and care.
We work together with care for the guest, the employee and the planet. We create an open and supportive environment where we challenge each other, learn from mistakes and celebrate successes.
Open and inclusive culture.
By being ourselves and having fun together, we create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone we meet. Together, we create great memories for our teams, colleagues and guests.
Together, with heart and brain.
In everything we do, we focus on creating results for our guests, colleagues and the entire company. The goals are set high and we succeed best when we use both heart and brain.
Curiosity and ambition.
Forward-thinking, together with the desire to learn, means that we constantly improve and develop how we work. We make it easy for each other - it should be easy to do the right thing for both colleagues and our guests.
Meet Some of Our Seasonal Team Members
In Hanna & Viktoria Meet, you’ll follow along on a four-part camping adventure where we meet team members from different roles at one of our destinations – capturing the little moments of happiness that create big experiences for our guests.
You’ll also find interviews where our seasonal stars share their stories, memories, and what makes seasonal work so special.
Reception
As a member of the reception team, you play a key role in shaping our guests’ first impression – and in setting the tone for their entire stay. You welcome, guide, and assist our guests with both practical matters and tips on activities at the destination and in the surrounding area. At some locations, shop duties may also be part of the role.
This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoys meeting people. With your sense of service and warm attitude, you create a sense of ease, joy, and many small moments of happiness for our guests.
Facility Worker
As a Facility Worker, you play a key role in creating a safe, well-maintained, and pleasant environment for our guests. It’s often thanks to you that everything works as it should – from clean and orderly areas and buildings to smooth-running equipment and technical systems throughout the destination. You work closely with both guests and colleagues, and you’re quick to notice what needs attention.
In this role, you’re solution-oriented, helpful, and enjoy the variety that comes with the job. No two days are alike – and your work is reflected in every part of the guest experience.
Cleaner
As a Cleaner, you play an essential role in shaping the guest’s overall experience. You create that wonderful feeling of everything being clean, fresh, and welcoming – whether it’s a sparkling service building, a newly cleaned cabin, or well-maintained shared spaces.
In your work, the details make all the difference. With precision, pride, and an eye for quality, you help ensure guests feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning of their stay. Simply put, your work lays the foundation for the great experience we strive to deliver at First Camp – every single day.
Bistro Attendant
As a Bistro Attendant, you help create enjoyable moments for our guests – quite literally. Whether it’s a quick bite or a relaxed meal, you serve it with great food and a warm, friendly attitude. You interact with many guests each day, keep up a steady pace, and make sure both the kitchen and service areas run smoothly.
You contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to their favorites, and add that little extra something that makes their holiday even better. In short – you’re an important part of the experience that keeps our guests coming back.
